Casa de Casas is a private, sprawling 20,000 sq.ft. oceanfront estate nestled in the gated community of the Four Seasons Golf Course Resort. Designed by esteemed architect Marta Lozano, the villa is rich in detail reveals incredible stone and wood handcrafted finishes. Casa de Casas was the culmination of a visual experience designed by the owner and realized by Mr. Lozano. The estate required 2 years to design and close to 2 years to build. The graciousness of the front foyer, expansive continuity of the ocean view from the front entrance,extensive stone masonry and marble finishes, comprehensive stone rug details, custom carpentry, wood, and furniture details create an estate experience unparalleled in Punta de Mita. The majority of the custom furniture, art, and antiques were acquired in Guadalajara, Mexico and reflect an old world Spanish influence. Additional luxurious amenities include a state-of-the-art media room which contains 4 king size beds integrated into a relaxed built-in couch design for comfortable television viewing on the 72¨ plasma screen TV, and access to Maximo, a brand new 57 ft. Custom Sportfisher, owned by Casa de Casas. Custom bookshelves in the library house a variety of books for guests to enjoy during their stay. The custom-designed 25-meter infinity pool is heated to the specifications of each guest (typically 88ºF) and includes a diving board, perimeter seating along the deep areas, and a lap lane, which accommodates flip turns, for swimming enthusiasts. The circular hot tub, with four water fountain features, is heated according to guest requirements. The estate's private chef prepares personalized meals in the state-of-the-art commercial-grade kitchen. Additionally, meals can be prepared in the outdoor kitchen on the Viking Grill and outdoor stovetop situated by the beachfront palapa dining area. The wraparound external pathways provide staff with a seamless method of servicing guest requirements while preserving guest privacy. No detail has been overlooked, providing guests with, quite simply, an unforgettable experience.

Charter a boat to the beautiful Marietas Islands where you can snorkel in the warm waters and see numerous species of colorful reef fish, sea turtles, manta rays and more.
