Villa Description

La Caleta, in the Pontoquito neighborhood, was designed by highly regarded Mexico City architect Fernando de Haro, author of twenty books on Mexican architecture. It is on water and consists of 12,400 sq. ft of home under cover. The villa, a triple-gated property with 24-hour manned security entries, contains 6 bedrooms with balconies, 5 of which have ocean views. The dining room can seat up to 16 persons. There is another 25,000 sq. ft which includes a swimming pool, fountains, terraces and gardens. There is a separate beach dining pavilion with guest bath, kitchen and staff facilities as well as a separate sunset cocktail pavilion 20 steps to the beach. The lovely mountain village of San Sebastian is about an hour away as well as shopping in nearby towns and in Puerto Vallarta. Luxurious, unique and photogenic, La Caleta has been featured in numerous magazines and websites.
